What we collect

When you send an enquiry through the form, we process your name, email address, company name (if provided), the message and any attached files. Your IP address is used only temporarily, in the server's memory, to prevent abuse, and is not stored.

Purpose and legal basis

We process the data to reply to your enquiry and prepare an offer, which are steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Protecting the form against spam is based on our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)). The ALTCHA check runs in your browser, without cookies and without sending data to third parties. Before sending the form you also give your explicit consent to this processing (Art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time by writing to info@aldo.tech.

Recipients

Your enquiry reaches us by email through Microsoft 365, and attachments are stored in our OneDrive (Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited). The website and form run on a Hostinger server in Frankfurt, Germany. Both providers act as our processors. Microsoft may also process data outside the EU under the safeguards required by the GDPR. We do not sell your data or use it for marketing.

How long we keep data

Attachments are deleted automatically 12 months after receipt. Messages are kept for up to 2 years, unless the enquiry leads to a contract, in which case we keep them for as long as the law requires.

Cookies

The website uses no cookies. Your browser only remembers the language you chose yourself.

Visitor statistics

For anonymous visitor statistics we use Umami, running on our own server. It records the pages visited, where the visit came from, country and city, device and browser type, and the time of the visit. No cookies are used, IP addresses are not stored, and the data is not shared with third parties or used to identify individuals. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in understanding how the website is used (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). If your browser sends a “Do Not Track” signal, the visit is not recorded.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict processing, to object and to data portability. Send requests to info@aldo.tech. You can lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (azop.hr) or the supervisory authority in your country.
